Muslim minorities have various reasons that put them in unsatisfactory situations for instance,  regarding their basic need, they are initially in need to secure food and drink, in parallel with first need, they are in need to gain the religious terms and to get knowledge of the provisions of Islamic law, which the Muslim minorities have lack of them in terms of implementation, in addition to that, the differences in language and the lack of eloquence of a broader understanding of religion, particularly, the new comers of Islam. That is why this project comes to seek to bridge part of this gap by implementing circumcision project of Muslim children in various minority areas around the world.
